Republicans: but you didn’t say he was guilty!

I wish this was satire.
I wish there was some kind of government process outlined in the constitution that is specifically designed for this type of situation, where a branch of government (other than the executive branch) has the ability to put the head of the executive branch on a non-criminal trial, and evidence of his wrongdoings could be presented to a body of our elected officials that would then pass judgement and vote to either acquit or find the president guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors”, based on the evidence presented during the process
